This position is for a temporary engagement through our staffing partner DZConneX Services. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for this position. This will be an on-site position, requiring you to be onsite five days per week. Naughty Dog recently released The Last of Us Part II Remastered as well as a current generation remake of The Last of Us Part I for the PS5 . We're also proud to say that The Last of Us Part I is now available for the first time on PC. Currently, we're busy at the kennel working on a brand-new single player game that we're excited about and we'd love to find talented individuals to join us. Naughty Dog is seeking an IT Generalist to join our team in supporting our infrastructure and development team. This position will be the second tier of technical support for local and remote users. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a help desk support role, exceptional customer service skills, and will be able to collaborate well in a team environment. The candidate would also have a strong passion for customer service, problem solving, and supporting cutting edge hardware and software solutions. If you are interested in supporting and learning from some of the most talented people in the industry, taking on new challenges, and being an integral part of Naughty Dog's growth and development, we would love to hear from you What you will do: Serve as second level support for technical assistance within Naughty Dog Building of bespoke workstations in-house Perform remote and local troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques Follow up with users and see problems through to resolution Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support Organization and cataloging of IT hardware Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, and peripherals for users Moving of users and or servers throughout the studio Record, track, and document the help desk request problem-solving process from creation to resolution Provide white glove service to VIP executives and studio visitors Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed What skills you will use: Must have 3 years of working experience in providing help desk support in a studio or enterprise environment Proven working experience in providing help desk support Proven technical understanding of building and deploying PCs and PC hardware Strong client-facing and communication skills Strong understanding of the Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems Strong technical understanding of building PCs and PC hardware Advanced troubleshooting of PC, Server, and A/V hardware and software Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Proficiency in the Microsoft Windows Administration tools (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and Bitlocker) Familiarity with TCP networking and other basic networking protocols Bonus Skills: Operating Systems: Linux, Mac OS, Windows Server 2022 Languages: Python, SQL, PowerShell, Bash Software: JIRA, Perforce, Wireshark, Sublime Text, Visual Studio, Pro Tools, Adobe Suite, Putty, Zoom Scripting and automation of tasks Familiarity with live streaming hardware and software Familiarity with Sony PlayStation 4 hardware, software interfaces and peripherals Knowledge of AWS, Azure and other cloud systems Passion for games As part of the Naughty Dog application process, candidates should expect to be given a technical interview.
