Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced

Agile Delivery Manager

to lead the successful delivery of HR and legal technology initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional project management to focus on

managing the overall delivery framework, maintaining delivery systems

, and enabling sustainable, high-quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a background in program or project management, but the emphasis will be on

delivery at scale, optimizing processes

, and driving cross-team alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Framework & Systems Management:

Develop, maintain, and evolve the delivery framework, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and best practices.Oversee and continuously improve tools and systems that support project tracking, reporting, and team workflows (e.g., JIRA, Smartsheet).Ensure delivery processes are efficient, transparent, and scalable to meet changing business needs.Provide guidance on Agile delivery methods across teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.End-to-End Delivery Management:

Manage the lifecycle of large-scale HR and legal technology initiatives, focusing on delivery outcomes rather than individual project execution.Coordinate across multiple teams, ensuring that initiatives align with strategic goals, timelines, and business requirements.Balance competing priorities and ensure delivery objectives are met across multiple streams.Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Leadership:

Collaborate closely with HR, Legal, and IT stakeholders to ensure delivery efforts meet business needs and strategic goals.Lead cross-functional delivery teams, including internal stakeholders, developers, and external consultants.Communicate effectively with leadership and stakeholders, providing status updates, managing expectations, and escalating issues when necessary.Technology Integration & Process Improvement:

Oversee technology integration projects to ensure seamless operation with existing systems and workflows.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customized solutions meet business and compliance requirements.Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency across delivery operations.Risk Management & Compliance:

Proactively identify risks across multiple delivery efforts, developing mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.Ensure all technology solutions align with compliance, data privacy, and regulatory standards.Vendor & Resource Management:

Manage relationships with external vendors, ensuring performance and contractual obligations are met.Track budgets and resource allocations across delivery streams to ensure alignment with timelines and financial goals.Participate in vendor selection and negotiation processes to ensure alignment with business needs.Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Develop key metrics to track delivery progress, quality, and team performance.Monitor the status of initiatives and provide data-driven insights to leadership for informed decision-making.Prepare and present regular updates on delivery health, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.Key Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.PMP, Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe), or other relevant qualifications are preferred.Experience:

7+ years of experience leading technology delivery initiatives, with a focus on HR, legal, or compliance environments.Proven ability to manage

multiple delivery efforts and optimize processes

rather than focusing on individual projects.Experience implementing and managing

delivery frameworks, tools, and systems

across teams.Technical Knowledge & Delivery Expertise:

Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies, with experience using tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.Strong understanding of enterprise software integration, data migration, and customization.Familiarity with relevant legal, compliance, and data privacy regulations.Leadership & Communication Skills:

Exceptional leadership with a focus on

empowering teams and fostering collaboration

across departments.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with technical and business teams.Proven ability to manage competing priorities, resolve conflicts, and drive results.Additional Competencies:

Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement and delivery excellence.Ability to

maintain and evolve delivery processes and systems

in a fast-paced environment.Strong change management skills to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
