Job Details:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Manager to join our vibrant team. This is a permanent position in our Accounting and Finance department, offering an opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial management of our organization. The successful candidate will bring their expertise in accounting software, Netsuite, implementation of accounting policies, and analysis of financial statements. This role provides a platform to demonstrate leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for numbers.

Responsibilities:

As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of key tasks, including:

1. Overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
2. Utilizing accounting software and Netsuite to manage financial transactions, generate reports, and maintain accurate records.
3. Implementing and enforcing robust accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
4. Analyzing financial statements, identifying trends, and providing insightful reports to assist in decision-making processes.
5. Coordinating and preparing internal and external financial statements.
6. Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
7. Directing internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
8. Managing and overseeing the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
9. Working closely with the financial management team to strategize on financial planning and budget management functions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Accounting Manager position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role.
3. Proficiency in accounting software and experience with Netsuite.
4. Proven ability to implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
5. Strong experience in analyzing financial statements and providing accurate financial reports.
6. Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting, and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
7. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results.
8. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
9. High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
