Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

Based in Nashville, TN, we are a top General Contracting Firm specializing in large-scale projects across the United States. We are experiencing tremendous growth and need an experienced, best-in-class Superintendent for a ground-up hotel projects.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards
• Review and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction
• Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management
• At least 3-5 years of Ground up/Renovation experience in the Hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Familiarity with construction management software such as Prolog
• Ability to manage construction sites effectively
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
