Cash Application Coordinator

- Our client is a leading manufacturer of industrial cleaning supplies, and they are seeking a Cash Application Coordinator to join the Accounting team. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CASH APPLICATION COORDINATOR:
- The Cash Application Coordinator will compile and sort documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.
- Verify and post details of business transactions, such as AR and AP
- Reconcile bank statements
- Handle special projects as assigned by management and senior accounting staff.
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE CASH APPLICATION COORDINATOR ROLE:
- General Accounting, AP or AR experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
