Job DetailsWe are seeking a skilled Printed Circuit Board and Microelectronic Assembly Inspector to join our quality assurance
team. The ideal candidate will have experience in inspecting microelectronics and printed circuit board assemblies,
ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. demonstrated skill and experience in
maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Quality System requirements
Job Requirements
? Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing travelers, and product documentation. Assures that job
travelers and related documentations are properly filled out
? Visually review and compare with acceptable standards such processes and assembly operations as SMT,
die aach, wire bond, encapsulation, ball aach and final assembly as related to mechanical
subassemblies and electronics hardware
? Knowledge of J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 criteria
? Experience inspecting microelectronic and printed circuit board assemblies in a manufacturing or quality
assurance environment
? Document inspection results, nong any defects or non-conformities, and prepare detailed reports for
internal stakeholders
? Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective
actions
? Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives
? Proficient in using various inspection tools and equipment, including microscopes, calipers, and DMM
? Well organized with excellent attention to detail
? Familiar with ESD/MSL requirements for components, PCB/PCBAs, and microelectronic packages
? Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
Qualifications:
US Citizen or GC Permanent Resident
5+ years hands on experience in microelectronic assembly and/or IC packaging
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
