We have partnered with a nationwide oil & gas company that is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with experience working with high volumes of Business to Business (B2B) transactions.
If you have 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience and have been fully immersed in the B2B side of processing, we would love to speak with you!

Pay: $23 - $27 per hour
Schedule:Monday – Friday, 7am – 4pm OR 8am – 5pm
Job Description:
Manage AR functions in a manual system.
Work through excel, Outlook and Teams.
Make the decision to place credit holds or remove holds on accounts.
Contact customers by phone (primarily) or email (sometimes) resolving past due debt issues and build and maintain constructive business relationships with internal and external partners
Lead efforts to improve efficiencies associated with billing and collections
Ensure resolution of internal and external inquiries regarding customer billings
Assist with daily cash application
Manage the sales tax exemption or resale certificate documentation for sales tax exempt customers
Serve as the backup for the Accounting Clerk position distributing invoices and statements to customers
Support month end accounting close as needed
Job Requirements:
3+ years of Business to Business (B2B) Accounts Receivable experience (Call Center Collections will not be considered)
Experience working with an ERP system as well as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
Must be proficient in Teams as many of the functions are worked through this program.
