Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per year

• Direct and coordinate clinical departments and sites to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and guide nursing staff to maintain quality, compliance with patient care plans, and continuity of services.
• Support patient and employee education to enhance care skills and knowledge.
• Provide continuous training for nursing staff to retain top talent and ensure the highest quality of care.
• Offer coaching, development, feedback, and annual evaluations for team members.
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient services are delivered in accordance with federal and state guidelines.
• Promote an environment of teamwork, accountability, and growth within the care team.

Skills You Need

• Current State Registered Nurse License
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto liability insurance
