The successful candidate will be tasked with driving continuous improvement initiatives across all levels of the organization, using proven methodologies such as Six Sigma and Total Quality Management (TQM).

Responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of Six Sigma and TQM methodologies across the organization to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and develop innovative solutions to meet business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional project teams to drive process improvement efforts, ensuring all team members are actively engaged and contributing.
- Monitor and assess current processes, benchmarking against industry best practices and implementing changes where necessary.
- Develop and deliver training materials to educate employees on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Manage and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of improvement initiatives with organizational goals.
- Present progress reports and findings to senior management, making recommendations for further improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering industry.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Six Sigma and TQM methodologies.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement principles and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decision making.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is highly desirable.
