**Job Description:**- Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to patients and families using the nursing process- Implement effective relationship-based nursing care- Demonstrate technical skills in care delivery that ensure safe practice and positive care outcomes- Exhibit clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinical outcomes- Develop self and contribute to the professional practice of nursing

**Unit Description:**- 22-bed unit with a Supertrack area servicing both adults and pediatric patients- Level 3 Trauma Center- Stroke and Chest Pain Center- Certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, NIHSS preferred
