Senior IT Business Analyst - HR
Role SummaryThis role bridges the gap between business and IT, ensuring that digital solutions align with HR goals and enhance productivity. The analyst will lead projects, gather requirements, and analyze data to drive process improvements and implement HR systems.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis:
Analyze HR processes, identify pain points, and recommend digital solutions.Project Management:

Collaborate with HR teams and IT to gather requirements and ensure alignment.Vendor Management:
Evaluate and select HR software solutions.RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or related field.8+ years of IT business analysis experience.Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Project management experience (PMP certification preferred).Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.CompensationBase salary range: $120,000 - $168,000.
