Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, one of the world's leading global law firms, with offices in strategic hubs of commerce, law, and government across North America, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, is seeking a Knowledge Management Coordinator to provide administrative and research support to the Knowledge Management & Practice Services team.
Reporting to the Director of Process Design & Change Management, you will support the team by preparing for meetings, coordinating and tracking travel arrangement as well as assist with preparing and editing correspondence, documents, and presentations.
This position will reside in the Philadelphia office and offers a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver administrative support to the Knowledge Management & Practice Services team.Draft and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents, including collaboration with appropriate departments to format, edit, proofread, print, and compile deliverables to firm standards.Provide meeting planning support, including creating, updating, and rescheduling meeting invitations through Outlook, resolving scheduling conflicts, as needed, and reserving conference rooms.Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and submit and track expenses.Respond to client, staff, legal professionals, and vendor inquiries.Respond to emails on behalf of team members, when requested.Conduct research using MorganNet (intranet) platforms and the Internet.Attend, facilitate, and participate in team meetings; recording, and distributing follow-up action items.Input, evaluate, and analyze data using various platforms; leveraging ability to learn new platforms, as needed.Performs other duties as assigned.Experience and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and at least two (2) years of administrative support experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Previous law firm experience required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and PDF software.Experience with law firm management applications such as Chrome River, Kronos, Elite a plus.Independent, self-starting, and self-motivated with strong teamwork skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Exceptional written/verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks and competing demands on stringent deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Ability to read and interpret general business documents, instructions and manuals, write routine business correspondence, and speak effectively with employees, clients, and vendors.Flexibility to work overtime required#LI-Hybrid
