**Job Description:**- Provide high-quality care to cardiovascular patients in a specialized ICU setting- Utilize advanced critical care techniques and equipment- Monitor and assess patients' health status and administer appropriate treatments- Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care- Demonstrate proficiency in supporting patients undergoing TAVR procedures- Operate CRRT machines competently to provide continuous renal care- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation- Participate in and contribute to unit assessments and quality improvement initiatives
