Time: Full Time Position with expected 40+ hours per week in the downtown Fort Worth office

Salary and bonus - $75k plus production bonus / Target Income: $100k

Dress Code: Business Professional

Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm & Friday: 8am-4pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Meet with existing clients for investment update and financial planning review meetingsEach client has a lead advisor and a servicing advisor. The client meets twice a year, once with the lead advisor and once with the servicing advisor.Meet with new clients to assist lead advisor in providing financial planning servicesManage the financial planning process from start to finish for each client including:

Prepare financial plans using eMoney and other financial planning softwareCreate customized financial recommendationsPrepare investment recommendationsPresent recommendations to clients

Conduct research as needed related to assigned client casesParticipate in the coordination of daily trading and reviewing daily completed tasksEnsure compliance notation is adhered toAssist in marketing materials developmentPrepare and present webinars and seminarsPrepare trackers weeklyWrite or update policies and procedures weeklyPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedJob Requirements

Minimum of 10+ years of financial planning experience in a client facing roleCERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP™) designation is a plusSeries 65 license needed if you do not have CFP™Life and Health Insurance licensedBachelor's degree or higher-level degreeSales TrainingKnowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, investments, and insurance-based productsKnowledge of concepts and regulations related to financial planningKnowledge of financial related technology, software planning tools and presentationsMS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint proficiency to produce presentations, correspondence, electronic communication; maintain spreadsheets and databasesSkills Necessary

Strong organization and time management skills to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to present complex topics an easy to understand languageDetail oriented to ensure quality standards are met without impairing workflowSkill in following up to ensure resolution and completion of tasksAbility to produce presentations, correspondence; maintain spreadsheets and databasesAbility to incorporate the financial needs and goals of a client into a succinct, professional presentation outlining their optionsRead and interpret technical and legal documents; apply the information as appropriateProvide a high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional mannerAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentSoftware used:
