Tradeweb is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our sales team with a focus on wealth management. The successful candidate will serve as the key advocate for our core wealth management accounts by being proactive and understanding client needs. You will work closely on the trade support team and client services to gain knowledge of all actions taking place within the accounts. The right candidate will foster relationships within the account to address challenges, find opportunities, and ensure Tradeweb Direct continues to provide best in class service. You will serve as a key driver of growth, and seek opportunities to upsell clients on Tradeweb products and features.
Job Responsibilities
Grow revenue in our core wealth management accounts and negotiate advantageous contract renewal terms.
Shadow regular status and strategy meetings with senior team members to better understand accounts and their initiatives with the goal of optimizing their usage of our platform.
Understand all functions of trade support, client services and sales to provide the highest level of support.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve trade support related issues promptly providing exceptional client service.
Identify opportunities to increase trading volumes by delivering enhanced workflow solutions and discovering untapped pockets of order flow.
Maintain awareness of market and industry trends to better serve clients.
Become familiar with the competition and understand their strengths
Participate in sales conferences and events.
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in a client facing, Relationship/Account Management Role.
Bachelor’s Degree completed or or equivalent experience.
Strong understanding of electronic trading/e-commerce , fixed income.
Proven track record of developing pipeline and hitting or exceeding revenue goals.
Goal and action orientated, with ability to work towards revenue targets within a business development environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to engage a senior level audience
Series 7, SIE and 63 preferred and/or willingness to complete in a timely manner
Ability to travel in the US 50% of the time

The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $90,000 to $170,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
