Certification Details PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: CCRN and PALS Certs: ACLS, BCLS and NIH Job Details RTO after booking is NOT allowed and is NOT allowed to be worked out onsite. Any call offs or additional RTO on unit, could possibly turn into a Cancel and DNR Minimum Years of Experience: 2 years Traveler Experience: Must have travel experience (no 1st time travelers); Unit WILL NOT ACCEPT 1st Time Travelers Locals Accepted / Rate Difference: Yes Skills: Vents, IV Start, PA Lines, Telemetry PREFERRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP: CCRN and PALS Target Ratios: 1:2-3. Could fluctuate based on unit needs/surges 36 hours can be offered Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays Shift: 12HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15 RTO: 7 days MAX (prefer no more than 3 days) for Aya Auto Offer Float Requirement: Float required – will be included in a float rotation schedule and will float to Med Surg to help cover when needed. In crisis needs, traveler may be asked/required to float to other units to assist with care as well Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend PATIENT DIAGNOSES: Medical and surgical intermediate and critical care level patients UNIT SYSTEMS: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR SCHEDULING TYPE: Unit leadership schedules per needs UNIT ORIENTATION: 12 hours; Hospital Orientation week one; traveler must be available for classes each day SCRUBS: Navy blue or white or combination of navy/white Job Requirements Must pass EKG Testing prior to start for this specialty Schedule Information 36 hours can be offered Shift: 12HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15 RTO: 7 days MAX (prefer no more than 3 days) for Aya Auto Offer Float Requirement: Float required – will be included in a float rotation schedule and will float to Med Surg to help cover when needed.
