Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our Real Estate practice group. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work on complex real estate transactions, leasing, and REIT matters. The successful candidate will be a part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse clientele. This position is perfect for a seasoned attorney who is looking to take their career to the next level in a supportive, collaborative, and challenging environment.Responsibilities: Provide legal counsel on a variety of real estate matters including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, and REIT matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts. Conduct comprehensive due diligence and risk assessment on real estate transactions. Advise clients on legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to real estate transactions. Represent clients in court or before government agencies, if necessary. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to ensure a seamless delivery of legal services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and market trends affecting real estate transactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering legal advice that meets their business objectives.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school is required. Must be licensed to practice law in the state. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions, leasing, and REIT matters. Proven track record in handling complex real estate transactions. Strong negotiation skills and an ability to think strategically and analytically. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
