We are currently seeking a dynamic transactional Real Estate Attorney to join our fast-paced legal team. You will play a crucial role in managing real estate legal issues, including property development, leasing and litigation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex real estate transactions and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law, with a proven track record of effectively negotiating and drafting contracts.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert legal support for real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents such as purchase agreements, lease agreements, easements, and deeds.Conduct comprehensive due diligence for potential real estate transactions, including review of title documents, environmental studies, and land surveys.Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.Provide legal advice to the company on potential risks and liabilities associated with real estate transactions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to real estate law, and inform the team of any significant changes that may affect the company's real estate transactions.Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a real estate attorney, preferably in a fast-paced environment.Must be licensed to practice law in California.Proven experience in real estate law, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions.Proficient in legal research and writing, with the ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts effectively.Strong negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully closing complex real estate deals.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice to clients.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders.Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.Must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong ethical standards, with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
