Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of construction and real estate matters including acquisitions, leasing, development, financing, and disposition.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate various real estate and construction contracts and agreements.
  • Represent clients in real estate transactions, foreclosures, and bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Advise clients on land use and zoning issues, and represent them in related proceedings.
  • Handle litigation matters related to construction and real estate.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support client cases.
  • Assist with entity formation and provide advice on legal structure and business strategies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends affecting construction and real estate, and advise clients accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must have a valid license to practice law in the state.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction & Real Estate Attorney.
  • Proven expertise in real estate law, construction law, foreclosure, bankruptcy, entity formation, and land use.
  • Strong experience in handling real estate transactions.
  • Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide sound legal advice and guidance.
  • Proven track record of representing clients in litigation matters related to construction and real estate.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
