This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to apply your expertise in accounts payable and invoice processing, and contribute to the financial health and success of our company. You will work closely with our finance team and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of all finance matters. This position requires an individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and an ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data. Responsibilities: Processing and verifying invoices in a timely and accurate manner. Maintaining and updating financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments. Reconciling bank statements and conducting periodic audits. Preparing and submitting weekly/monthly reports. Assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process. Maintaining vendor relationships and resolving any invoice discrepancies. Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures. Performing other accounting duties and supporting the finance team as required.Qualifications: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and knowledge of accounting software (such as QuickBooks or SAP). Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses. High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
