Our cohesive and growing team works in a casual business environment and believes in family/work life balance.Why join us?We offer PTO that starts day one (up to 4 weeks)401k matchFull medical, dental, vision and life insuranceJob Details~ A DAY IN YOUR ROLE ~You will be working with the project managers on customer coordination of design definition, value engineering, prototype, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and on-going customer serviceSupport the team in developing required content for critical checkpoints on the projectParticipate in prototype development processPerforms other related duties as assigned.Mushroom existing customers in order to introduce company offerings and generate revenuePresent and sell merchandising solutions to existing and prospective customersPartnering with the EVP to establish sales goals by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned customers and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new productsMaintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitorsCustomer presentations to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with themJoin team meetings and ensure the project team is tracking and managing action items to meet client deliverables as well as distributing regular status reports to stakeholders.~ WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM ~Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred6 + years of demonstrated success in sales, specifically B2B3+ years of sales experience in Store Fixtures, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare, or related industryStrong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database management programs specifically the Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPointExperience in common CRM, including SalesforceStrong time management and prioritization skillsSelf-directed, motivated with the ability to effectively operate independentlyDetailed orientedKnowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principlesInterested in hearing more?
