This is a permanent position, ideal for a professional who is ready to take their career to the next level within the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be a critical member of our team, responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor discrepancy resolution. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of accuracy and confidentiality.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the entire accounts receivable process, including preparing and sending invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records. Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries related to accounts receivable. Resolve vendor discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to accounts receivable. Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance workflow efficiency.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Accounts Receivable role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, particularly related to accounts receivable. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel. Experience with accounting software, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Exceptional ability to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
