Hands-on problem-solving and technical writing skills. Experience in project management, particularly with cross-functional teams. Proficient in both metric and imperial measurement systems. Strong knowledge of statistics and data-driven process improvement. Skilled in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Familiar with MS Office and database management systems. Knowledge of high-voltage electrical installations and IT-OT connections.Nice to Haves: Experience with manufacturing and IATF standards. Proficiency in automation software and systemsResponsibilities: Conduct machine and process capability studies and recommend improvements. Support FMEA, APQP, and control plan creation and review processes. Develop and recommend investments in equipment and automation. Oversee commissioning and acceptance of new equipment. Define and monitor process parameters, ensuring strict adherence. Develop and adapt work instructions for automation systems. Program and debug machine controls, teach robots, and ensure machine safety. Lead process optimization projects to enhance quality, safety, and cost-efficiency. Analyze complex alarms, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Plan for spare parts requirements and manage orders. Provide training for employees on equipment and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects and improvements. Maintain compliance with environmental, safety, and company standards.Provide supervision and mentorship for interns and bachelor students.Interested in hearing more?
