We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, a strong portfolio of completed projects, and the ability to lead and inspire a team. As a Project Architect you will be responsible for managing architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring that each project meets our high standards of quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee all phases of architectural projects, including planning, design, documentation, and construction administration.Client Interaction: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their vision is realized.Design Development: Lead the design process, create and present design concepts, and produce detailed drawings and specifications.Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project integration and successful outcomes.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all designs comply with local codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior architects and support staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.Licensure: Registered Architect (AIA) preferred; must be eligible for licensure.Skills: Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp), strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.Attributes: Creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
