A culture that values diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Manage all phases of bankruptcy litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. Represent creditors, debtors, and other parties in interest in various bankruptcy proceedings and adversary cases. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex bankruptcy issues. Collaborate with other attorneys and paralegals in the development and formulation of a case strategy to best represent the client's interests. Engage in settlement negotiations and mediation sessions. Appear in court for motions, conferences, and hearings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in bankruptcy law and related litigation practices.Qualifications: JD from an accredited law school. 3-6 years of experience in chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, bankruptcy law and motion practice, contested matters, adversary proceedings, and commercial litigation Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California Distinguished academic record Exceptional research, writing, and verbal communication skills Strong public speaking and advocacy skills Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plusInterested in hearing more?
