Job DetailsIn this role, you'll work on a range of high-profile cases representing both debtors and creditors in federal and state courts, as well as bankruptcy courts. You'll handle commercial collections, asset recovery, fraudulent transfers, and more. From reorganization to adversary proceedings, you'll be part of a team that thrives on the complexity of business law and commercial disputes. Expect to dig into contested UCC issues, and work on receiverships, out-of-court workouts, and bankruptcy litigation.
