This is a night shift role, offering a unique opportunity to work on one of the most sophisticated data center construction projects in the industry. If you are a seasoned professional with a solid understanding of data center construction and a passion for leading teams, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:As a Permanent Assistant Superintendent for Data Center Construction, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:1. Assisting the Superintendent in overseeing the construction of a state-of-the-art data center, ensuring all work is completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.2. Coordinating and supervising the activities of the construction team, including subcontractors and laborers, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.3. Reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other project documents, resolving any discrepancies or issues that arise.4. Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and client specifications.5. Identifying potential issues or delays and working collaboratively with the project team to develop and implement effective solutions.6. Preparing and maintaining detailed reports and records of construction activities, including progress reports, safety logs, and quality control documents.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Permanent Assistant Superintendent Data Center Construction-NIGHT SHIFT position will possess the following qualifications:1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in data center construction or a related field.2. Demonstrated knowledge of data center construction processes, including electrical, mechanical, and civil works.3. Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.5. A thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and building codes, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with team members, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders.7. Proficiency in using construction management software and other relevant computer applications.8.
