Conducting thorough case investigations to determine the validity of a client's claim. Drafting and preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients in an effort to resolve their case before trial. Litigating cases in court when a settlement cannot be reached, including presenting evidence, examining witnesses, and arguing on behalf of your client.Qualifications 2+

years of experience as a Personal Injury Plaintiff Attorney. Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Active membership in the California State Bar. Proven track record of successfully representing clients in cases related to car accidents, premises liability, catastrophic injury, and wrongful death. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to secure favorable settlements for clients.
