As a member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complex litigation cases and representing plaintiffs in legal proceedings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on Jones Act cases.Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and attending court hearings and trials Represent plaintiffs in MVA, premises and other PI causes Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients Manage a caseload and ensure all deadlines are met Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the best possible outcome for clientsQualifications: Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school Minimum of 2-3
years of experience in litigation, with a focus on Personal Injury a plus
