This role will be integral in supporting our workforce and implementing strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a manufacturing environment and will be familiar with a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and training and development. The ability to travel to other manufacturing plants is essential.Responsibilities: Oversee the HR function in our manufacturing plants, including the implementation of policies and best practices. Manage the relocation process for new plants, including the provision of relocation packages. Develop and provide training opportunities for employees, supporting continuous improvement and professional development. Ensure regulatory compliance, staying up-to-date with state, locale, and federal regulations as well as new and changing laws. Work closely with HRBPs and plant leadership to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and find resolutions. Generate HRIS reports and use analytics to provide data-driven solutions. Contribute to project management efforts to improve processes within the HRIS. Collaborate with corporate accounting to establish baselines and benchmarks. Develop and implement HR strategy in line with company objectives. Manage compensation & benefits, workforce planning, HR policies, and performance management.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business. 5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Thorough understanding of employment law. Proven experience in conflict resolution. Demonstrated skills in training and development. Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel to other manufacturing plants as required. Proven track record in talent acquisition and employee engagement. Experience in workforce planning and performance management. Knowledge of compensation & benefits.
