Many More!Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our dynamic well-established and growing team. This is a position that offers an excellent opportunity to lead multiple engagements of the tax practice and deliver high-quality tax services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation, tax planning, or real estate tax. The role requires a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a CPA firm.Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex tax returns (individual, corporate, and partnership) in compliance with federal and state tax laws. Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise to clients. Conduct tax research to develop solutions for our clients' complex tax issues. Manage and maintain relationships with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting, and expertise. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes, procedures, and workflows within the tax department. Stay updated with industry trends and changes in tax legislation to ensure client needs are met and risks are minimized. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior staff.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or CPA certification is highly preferred. Minimum 2+ years of experience in public accounting with a specialization in tax. Proven experience with tax advice, tax preparation, tax planning, real estate tax, tax accounting, income tax, tax advisory, and tax research. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills.
