Transit Allowance!Job DetailsWe are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Architect to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team in the design, development, and execution of numerous retail projects. This role requires a hands-on approach and a high level of responsibility, offering the chance to showcase your skills across a broad spectrum of tasks and challenges. Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design process, from conceptual design through overall completion of projects. Develop design ideas and create design presentations, leading client meetings and coordinating with different stakeholders. Prepare detailed architectural construction documents at every stage of the project, ensuring quality control and compliance. Oversee the construction administration process. Coordinate with a team of professionals, including engineers, designers, and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution. Conduct site visits to ensure the construction is in line with the design intent and providing solutions to any arising issues.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the engineering industry, with a focus on architectural design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration. Proven experience in managing retail projects, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills and creativity. Proficiency in architectural software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and coordinate with various stakeholders. Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and building structures. High level of creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
