Limited Travel (local only)Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee Interiors construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction.Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, with a focus on Interiors
Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, construction workers, and other on-site personnel Develop and maintain project schedules Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address project requirements and resolve issues Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-effective solutions Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and identify potential problems Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs and progress reportsQualifications: Experience Commercial Superintendent with strong interiors project experience Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale commercial construction projects In-depth knowledge of tilt wall construction methods, including panel design, casting, lifting, and bracing techniques Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferredInterested in hearing more?
