Limited Travel (local only)Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead our complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and a proven track record of successful project delivery.Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications and requirements Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases Manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-control measures Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors to reach profitable agreements Obtain necessary permits and licenses from appropriate authorities Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other construction professionals Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues Prepare and present detailed project status reports to leadership and clients Resolve conflicts and address problems that arise during the construction process Manage the transition from project completion to client occupancyQualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management Experience building ground up big box, tilt wall, or Targets is needed Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial construction projects In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards Strong understanding of project management principles and practicesInterested in hearing more?
