Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead our complex commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications and requirements
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimating, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-control measures
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors and subcontractors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain necessary permits and licenses from appropriate authorities
• Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other construction professionals
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues
• Prepare and present detailed project status reports to leadership and clients
• Resolve conflicts and address problems that arise during the construction process
• Manage the transition from project completion to client occupancy

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in commercial construction project management
• Experience building ground up big box, tilt wall, or Targets is needed
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards
• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices
