Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to oversee our concrete tilt wall construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction with specific expertise in tilt wall methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, with a focus on concrete tilt wall construction
• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, construction workers, and other on-site personnel
• Develop and maintain project schedules, with particular attention to the critical phases of tilt wall construction
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality control standards specific to tilt wall construction
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to address project requirements and resolve issues
• Manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and implementing cost-effective solutions
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and identify potential problems, especially during tilt wall erection phases
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports
• Coordinate material and equipment deliveries, ensuring proper storage and utilization on-site

Qualifications:

• Experience Commercial Superintendent, with at least 3 years specifically focused on concrete tilt wall projects, big box, or Target ground up construction
• Proven track record of successfully completing large-scale commercial construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of tilt wall construction methods, including panel design, casting, lifting, and bracing techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
