In this role, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that all insurance needs are met. You will work closely with our team of insurance professionals to develop, implement, and maintain insurance programs for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about providing top-quality service and is eager to grow their career in the insurance industry.Responsibilities: Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial clients, including policy analysis, renewals, certificates, endorsements, property, casualty, and commercial proposals. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and implement insurance programs to meet the needs of commercial clients. Collaborate with sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand client base. Review and analyze client's current insurance coverage and needs, making recommendations for changes or enhancements as needed. Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients, clearly explaining coverage details, costs, and benefits. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and insurance products, applying this knowledge to client service and sales efforts.Qualifications: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management. Proven experience with customer service, policy analysis, renewals, certificates, endorsements, property, casualty, commercial, proposals. Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage. Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in clear, understandable terms. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze client insurance needs and develop effective insurance solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Proficiency in using insurance software and technology.
