The successful candidate will have substantial experience in mediation, depositions, legal compliance, legal case evaluation, and case management. Representing clients in court or before government agencies.2. Presenting evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in personal injury cases.3. Conducting research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.4. Analyzing probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.5. Evaluating findings and developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.6. Directing and coordinating law office activity, including delivery of subpoenas.7. Gathering evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case.8. Managing all phases of personal injury litigation including discovery, plaintiff/defendant depositions, witness preparation, and trial.9. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes.10. Complying with all legal standards and regulations.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar.3. A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.4. Proven experience in mediation, depositions, legal compliance, legal case evaluation, and case management.5. Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.6. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.7. Proficiency in legal research software and case management systems.8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethics.10. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.11. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.12.
