About 80% of our construction services are for government entities, with the majority awarded via a competitive bid process including traditional, design-build, and CM/GC.Why join us?We Value Our EmployeesBenefits:401(k) matchingDental InsuranceHealth InsuranceLife insuranceJob DetailsJob Title: Superintendent (5+ years Underground Utilities, Piping, Earthworks, Excavations and structures)Key Responsibilities:Able to perform all essential Superintendent job responsibilitiesThe Superintendent will report directly to the Project Executive and provide daily reportsRunning weekly safety meetingsRead and understand construction plans and specificationsManage ongoing work in the field and ensure the quality of work is up to customer's standardsParticipate in jobsite construction meetingsMaintain the project schedule and budgetDevelop and maintain a good relationship with Owners, Architects, and ContractorsProvide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicableManage project deliverablesOversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team settingSkills & Qualification:5+ years as Superintendent on projects for reputable Underground Pipelines, Utilities, Earthworks, Structures or Heavy Civil ContractorsExperience with Projects focused on Underground Pipelines, Utilities, Heavy Civil Projects, Piping, Earthworks, ExcavationsDirect Experience Coming up through the trades in the field preferredDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related is a plusApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Interested in hearing more?
