Continued EducationJob DetailsPrimary Care Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate NP/PA with Primary Care or Family Medicine experience to complete our team. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, capable of making decisions independently while working in a fast-paced and dynamic outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Perform physical examinations, preventive health measures, and assessments for complex chronic disease management. Diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Prescribe medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion practices. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and integrity of all health information. Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in primary care, family medicine, and internal medicine.Qualifications: Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts
2 years related clinical experience Experience in a Community Health Center / Outpatient Clinic or Ambulatory setting preferred Experience providing care to patients of all ages Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems; EPIC a plus Bilingual Spanish and/or Portuguese PreferredInterested in hearing more?
