Continued EducationJob DetailsNurse Practitioner - Primary Care:* Outpatient Clinic* Day Shift * 4 10's or 5 8's * NO Holidays* Work/Life Balance & Amazing TEAM!! The Nurse Practitioner will: Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population. Perform physical examinations, preventive health measures, and assessments for complex chronic disease management. Diagnose and treat health conditions, as well as refer patients to appropriate specialists when necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, manage, and assess patient treatments. Prescribe medication, therapy, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and health promotion practices. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and integrity of all health information. Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in primary care, family medicine, and internal medicine.Qualifications: Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts
