This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, analytical acumen, and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including balance sheet reconciliation, accruals, month-end close, variance analysis, and job costing.

Managing and overseeing all aspects of accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury.2. Performing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable standards and regulations.3. Managing the month-end close process, ensuring all financial data has been recorded accurately and in a timely manner.4. Conducting variance analysis to identify trends, make recommendations, and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision-making purposes.5. Implementing and maintaining job costing systems, ensuring all costs are accurately captured and allocated to the appropriate projects.6. Preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.7. Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations, improve processes, and optimize productivity.8. Staying abreast of current trends, developments, and changes in accounting regulations and standards.Qualifications:To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required; a Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable.2. A minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.3. Extensive experience with balance sheet reconciliation, accruals, month-end close, variance analysis, and job costing.4. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.5. Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.6.
