Responsibilities And Duties
Meet with clients to discuss estate planning needs, understand their goals, and provide legal advice. Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their estate planning matters.Prepare legal documents such as wills, trusts, and power of attorney documents tailored to clients' specific circumstances.Provide guidance on minimizing tax implications related to estate planning, including estate and gift taxes.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, conducting legal research as needed to ensure accurate advice and document drafting.Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm, such as tax and real estate attorneys, to offer integrated and comprehensive services.Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. An LL.M. in Taxation, or coursework or experience in tax law, is also required.Excellent oral and written communication abilities.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a legal team.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
