Oversee and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.2. Lead and manage all aspects of mortgage litigation, including foreclosure and collection cases.3. Provide expert legal advice to our organization on mortgage banking and related matters.4. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.5. Negotiate and draft complex legal documents, contracts, and agreements.6. Represent our organization in court, in front of regulatory bodies, and during negotiations.7. Develop and implement effective legal strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal risks are identified and addressed.9. Stay updated on current laws and regulations related to mortgage banking and adapt strategies as necessary.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Must be a licensed attorney in good standing.3. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in mortgage banking law, with a focus on replevin, litigation, foreclosure, and collection cases.4. Proven experience managing a team of attorneys and paralegals.5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.6. Strong knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to mortgage banking.7. Exceptional critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments and decisions.8. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.10.
