As a key member of our legal department, you will play a pivotal role in managing, negotiating, and executing a broad range of complex real estate transactions. This includes mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale agreements, contracts, and other transactional matters. This is a permanent position, requiring 5+ years of experience in the legal industry. ResponsibilitiesAs a Transactional Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for the following:1. Providing legal expertise and guidance on a broad range of real estate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale agreements, and contracts.2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate transaction documents.3. Advising clients on legal risks and implications related to real estate transactions.4. Collaborating closely with internal teams, external counsel, and clients to ensure smooth execution of transactions.5. Conducting thorough due diligence for real estate transactions, including title and survey review, environmental assessments, and property inspections.6. Keeping abreast of legal developments in the real estate industry to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.7. Resolving any legal disputes or litigation that may arise during the course of real estate transactions.QualificationsTo be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:1. A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.2. A valid license to practice law in the state.3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney, with a strong track record in managing and executing complex real estate transactions.4. Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, purchase and sale agreements, and contracts.5. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments and decisions.7. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.8. A high degree of professionalism and integrity, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.9.
