This role calls for a strategic thinker and a dynamic leader who can drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, and reduce costs. You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.Responsibilities1. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives to drive operational excellence and profitability.2. Lead and manage all plant operations, including production, maintenance, quality, safety, and logistics, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.4. Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production with demand, ensuring customer requirements are met on time and in full.6. Establish and maintain a positive and engaging work environment focused on employee satisfaction and long-term retention.7. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.8. Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree will be a plus.2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in a senior management role in the manufacturing industry.3. Proven experience in implementing Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing processes, and other operational excellence methodologies.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills.5. Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.6. Ability to create accountability and to lead by example.7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.9. Ability to effectively manage time, resolve crises, and make decisions.10. Strong understanding of industry laws and regulations.11. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.12. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.13. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
