We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in HVAC, Plumbing, Temperature Control, and Fire Protection Systems design. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge, technical expertise, and a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions in the field of building systems engineering.Job DetailsResponsibilities: Lead the engineering and design efforts for HVAC, Plumbing, Temperature Control, and Fire Protection Systems. Perform building load calculations, energy simulation, and analysis to optimize system efficiency. Conduct equipment sizing and selection for various building systems. Design steam and hydronic heating, chilled water cooling, and ducted air distribution systems. Develop Plumbing Systems, including domestic water, sanitary waste, acid waste, and stormwater systems. Design Temperature Control Systems with proficiency in pneumatic and electronic actuated systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and codes in all design activities. Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC load calculation software for accurate and efficient design. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to initiate and coordinate design disciplines, ensuring project success. Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities within a team-oriented environment. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines. Demonstrate attention to detail, self-motivation, enthusiasm, and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment. Communicate effectively through well-written documentation and verbal presentations. Maintain a Professional Engineer License and stay updated on industry trends.Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years of experience in building system design and construction.
