Manage a portfolio of commercial lines insurance accounts, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.4. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns that arise and ensuring client satisfaction.5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies to provide accurate and relevant advice to clients.6. Coordinate with various departments to streamline processes and improve client experience.7. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure clients are receiving the best value and service.8. Assist in the negotiation of contract terms and conditions with clients and insurers.9. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.Qualifications1. 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance and account management.2. An understanding of insurance products and industry trends.3. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationships.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients and team members.5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and provide valuable advice to clients.6. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant computer applications.7.
