As our company grows, so do our data opportunities and challenges. Responsibilities

Develop backend components for various user-facing features on the core platform.

Enhance platform architecture and data models to ensure a high-performance, reliable user experience.

Create and maintain systems for efficient data collection, processing, storage, and retrieval.

Improve analytics, monitoring, and alert systems to promptly detect and address operational issues.

Ensure all systems are highly observable, reliable, scalable, and automated.

Design data solutions that support multiple sources, including the platform and analytics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and integrate data workflows.Requirements

6 or more years of experience as a Software Engineer with a track record of building and shipping high quality products and features

Strong backend experience with a focus Microservices, APIs, and data platforms.

Expertise in designing systems for scalability, reliability, and performance.

Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
