Develop and execute audit plans, including risk assessment and control evaluation. Review and analyze financial statements, internal controls, and accounting systems to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights. Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management, offering recommendations for process enhancements and risk mitigation. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and provide guidance to the organization. Mentor and train junior auditors, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process. Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures. Participate in special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.Qualifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in audit, preferably within the finance industry. Strong knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and techniques. Proficient in analyzing financial statements and identifying areas of improvement. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Proficient in using audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
